Ordering and delivery

  • Where is my order?

    You can follow it on our tracking page. Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. The tracking link in your shipping email opens the same page. The first update can take a day or two to appear once your parcel has left.

  • When will my order ship?

    If your pillow is already made, it ships straight away. If not, it joins the current batch for the size you selected if there is still room in it, otherwise the next one, and leaves our warehouse within about 10 days. We email your tracking number the moment it ships. Every pillow is checked one by one before it goes: the right height for the age on the label, a clean cover, no flaws.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Once it has left our warehouse, allow around 7 days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships, and you can follow it on our tracking page. The first update can take a day or two to appear.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, as long as it has not shipped. That includes changing the height if you have had second thoughts about your child's age. Write to us with your order number and we will sort it.

  • Is delivery really free?

    Yes. Free tracked delivery on every order, anywhere in the UK, with no minimum spend. Nothing to pay on arrival.

  • What does the parcel look like?

    A plain box with nothing on the outside but the delivery label, so it can go under the tree or into a cupboard without giving the surprise away. Tell us at checkout if it is a present and we will leave the price off the paperwork.

The 30 night trial

  • How does the trial work?

    Your child sleeps on it for up to 30 nights, in their own bed. If they do not sleep better, tell us and we arrange the return. No questions asked, and no proof needed.

  • Do I need to keep the box?

    No. We send a prepaid return label and you can use any box.

  • When do I get my refund?

    Within five working days of the parcel arriving back with us, on the card or account you paid with.

  • Can I exchange instead of refund?

    Yes, and if it is only the height that is wrong the exchange costs you nothing. Tell us your child's age and how they sleep, and we send the right one out.

  • What happens to returned pillows?

    They are never resold to another family. They go to a recycling partner.

Choosing the right size

  • Which height should I take?

    Go by your child's age: the low height for 1 to 3 years, the medium for 3 to 8, the tall for 8 to 14. If they are right on a boundary, take the lower one if they are small for their age or sleep on their back, and the higher one if they are tall or sleep on their side.   • My child sleeps on their front, does it still suit them?

    Yes. The pillow holds their head whichever way they drop off. Front sleepers need very little height, so if your child is right between two ages, take the lower of the two.

  • How long before they get used to it?

    Most children need three to seven nights. Plenty of parents tell us their child noticed straight away that it felt different and was not keen at first. That settles.

  • Can it come to the grandparents' or on holiday?

    Yes, and a lot of parents end up with a second one for exactly that: the same height and the same support wherever your child sleeps, without packing the bedroom one every time.

  • My children are different ages, can I order different heights?

    Yes. In the two, three and four pillow bundles you pick the age for each child separately, so a three-year-old and a nine-year-old each get the height that fits them.

Materials and care

  • What is inside?

    A hollow TPE tube fill that holds the head and neck at the right level, under a soft, breathable cover that unzips and comes off in one pull.

  • Can I wash it?

    The cover unzips and goes in the machine at 30 degrees. Air-dry it, no tumble dryer and no iron, so it keeps its shape and stays soft. The core never goes in the machine: wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air-dry away from heat.

  • There is a smell when I open it.

    Normal for anything that has been sealed in a box. It clears within 48 hours in an aired room. Leave it out of the bedroom for the first night if you would rather.

  • How long does it last?

    It is made to hold its height through the years your child is in that size band. We guarantee it two years against loss of height in normal use.

  • Is it safe, and is it suitable for allergies?

    It is tested by an independent laboratory against the European safety standards for children's products: safety of the materials and the shape, fire resistance and chemical safety with no harmful substances. It carries the CE marking. The core is not a habitat for dust mites and the cover washes hot enough to deal with allergens.

Payment and account

  • Which payment methods do you take?

    All the usual cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

  • Do I need an account to order?

    No. You can check out as a guest and still track your parcel by email.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    Yes, it is attached to the order confirmation email. Ask us if you need a different name on it.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.
