Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?
Your pillow is made to order, so tracking only starts moving once it leaves our warehouse. The first update can then take a day or two to appear.
When will it arrive?
Most pillows leave our warehouse in about 10 days. We email your tracking number the moment yours ships.
Can I still change the size?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Reply to your order email with your child's age and we'll check it, or change it for free.
When does my 30-night trial start?
The day it's delivered, not the day you ordered, so the wait never eats into it.
